IPD Sport Springs?! 200 81

I am considering purchasing the IPD Sport Springs for my 81 Volvo SW, and I am looking for feedback from anyone who has used them, or if there are other company alternatives to the IPD ones? Also is there anything to look out for besides the obvious wheel clearance issue etc...
