Slight warm air from center vents with AC on 900 1992

(1992 960) I just had a bad vacuum motor replaced (the hard one) now I notice that the air from the center vents is not nearly as cold as the air from the side vents. I am not sure if it was doing this before I had the vacuum motor replaced or not.

My guess is some damper is not completely closing.

Before I go to my mechanic, has anyone seen this before? I did a search in the archives and did not find any answers.

Any pointers would be appreciated!

Thanks

John
