It's not that difficult, just time consuming. And there's a million and one clips and screws to lose or confuse. Having now ripped the dash out twice - once for the wiper linkage, once for the heater fan, I've got the job down to a few hours. 4 hours tops. Get yourself a box of BAND-AIDS, you'll need them.
