Codes, Poor Idle, FP Regulator? 700 1990

I have 230BF engine (non-turbo). Idles slow and sometimes stumbles or dies if throttle is tapped. Pretty driveable otherwise. OBD codes are 3-2-1 and 2-3-3. These codes are not in FAQ, but someone said they mean MOZ/ROZ bad (poor fuel regulation) and that the idle air valve is closed. What is MOZ/ROZ and are these the correct meanings of the codes? Elsewhere I read that fuel pressure regulator can be tested by pulling off/plugging vacuum line to it. Idle speed is supposed to increase if regulator is good due to increased fuel pressure. Article never says if speed increases barely or a bunch. I tried this and the idle increase, if any, is very slight like maybe +50 rpm. What should happen when I disconnect this vacuum line to the regulator? Is this a good test? Do I need any o-rings or other parts to replace the regulator? Thanks!
