Lumbar support in drivers seat has collapsed... 900 1991

so is there anything I can do without taking it to an upholstery shop to reattach or repair the bladder. Was sitting in the chair and pushing my back into the lumbar section of the seat and Pow the area collapsed! Maybe the bladder slipped off or broke.?
