Replaced broken timing belt, but still wont start... Help! 200 1984

Just got back from my vacation, so it is time to get the 1984 240DL wagon going again. I posted my problem about two weeks ago... Broken timing belt. So with all the good advice I got here I was able to get the engine gears all lined up and the new timing belt installed. I also replaced the water pump and front seals "while I was in there." But now it wont start at all. It turns cranks fine but I dont think its getting any gas. (BTW, I still have the alternator and AC belts off and the fan out) I've got sparks at the cap and at the plugs. I tested the fuel pump and the relay and they both test ok. The system relay also test fine. The 25A blade fuse by the battery is also ok. So, where do I go from here? I know you knowledgable guys will have some miracle answer to get me back on the road. Any help is appreciated. Keith
