The fpr is on the front of the injector rail. Remove the vacuum hose. Loosen the clamp from the retorn line on the back side of fpr. If clamp screw is not accessible, try twisting the hose till you can reach the screw. Now remove the two screws that mount the fpr to the manifold. (10mm) pull the regulator off of the manifold and out of the fuel rail, remove the return line. Whole job should take 5 minutes.
