IPD Anti-sway bars on '89 245 200 89

I am interested in hearing any opinions out there on IPD's anti-sway bars. Questions in my mind:

Do they improve handling?

What is sacrificed from a ride quality standpoint?

Are they worth the price? Are there better ones available?

How hard are they to install?

I put new Michelin 185/r/14's on and also added Boge Turbo gas struts/shocks all the way around. Bushings are getting done tomorrow (front A-Arm) to eliminate that Conestoga wagon thumping under my feet. Thanks all for your feedback!
