Motor/Tranny Mounts on '89 245 5spd 200 '89

Received motor mounts from VCP yesterday-reasonable and fast. The motor mounts are SCANTEC (Sweden)-are they OEM?

Also the tranny mount is a 3" rectangular block of hard rubber with rubber plugs protruding out of the sides (and offset). Are these every bit as good as Volvo (which are $30 more at the dealer)?
