You need to check your mounts for cracks in the rubber that are more than just surface cracks. The fact that you can move the motor is, by itself, no indicator of a problem. 4 cylinder mounts are soft so as to not pass engine vibrations into car excessively and new mounts may not be needed based on just a shake test.
