Won't start and rough idle 200 1989

For some time I've noticed the idle was a little bit low when my 240 would first start. At the same time there was not a problem starting it. After it was started I would tap the gas and then it would idle properly. Then it began running very rough on idle. It was fine at highway speed, but when I slowed down it was extremely rough and would stall. At the same time it became difficult to start, both hot and cold -- it appeared to be flooding. Now it won't start at all. It has good spark. Any ideas?
