You'll need a calibrated boost gauge in the car and a helper to drive or read the gage. It needs to be hooked up near the (tee'd) waste gate actuator. Run the line inside the car, through the window. Unplug electrical connector for BSV.

Drive car like a maniac to keep RPM's at 3000. Stock boost should be between 7.1 and 8.2 at 3000 rpm. Adust as necessary. One full turn of the threaded portion on the end is about 0.25 PSI. Do not allow rod to turn diaphram.

I don't really know how much "snap back" is acceptable, as the important thing is that it works with pressure.
