Fuses blowin but vents are fixed. 700 1990

AC was working fine till i kept messing with it!!!AC blows fuse soon after switched on now. 2 days ago i replaced the elec. fan relay and the first fuse blew about 30 min later. 3 fuses later i put the old relay back in after i fixed a broken solder joint. no change. Thought maybe the elec. fan is pulling too many amps, so i took out the relay completely, no change, still blows instantly. Remember the AC was working before i started this, i was just trying to get the fan to work! Except for the first fuse, they have all blown very quickly. 9 or 10 of them by now. I am MELLLTING!!

maybe i should break the old relay and stick it back in like it was, at least the ac was working.

PS: MY VENT PROBLEM(under accleration)WAS THE CHECK VALVE UNDER HOOD!!
