740 Clutch problem 740-760 1991

ICQ>

I have a '91 740 Turbo which just turned 160,000 Km. At about 138,000 Km, I replaced the clutch because it wasn't releasing. The clutch worked OK for awhile, then occasionally the pedal would not return fully. It felt as though it was spongy and that it would go to the floor without the feeling that the clutch was disengaging. (Although the clutch always released.). I brought it back to the dealer and they replaced the slave cylinder (149,000 Km). Again it worked for awhile and the same problem with the pedal not returning fully. I bled the system myself and it worked better for a few days. Question: Do I have a leaky master cylinder? or is there something faulty with the clutch itself? I'm afraid if I bring it back to the dealer, they will simply keep replacing parts whether it needs it or not.
