Mine does exactly the same thing. Let me know if you figure it out. I will be trying to solve the problem as well. I also have the AC problem (does not blow through vents under boost). I am thinking the two problems are related. It could be a vacuum leak in my case. Another thing you may want to check is a build up of crude around the throttle plate. Pull the intake tube off and open the throttle using the cable pulley NOT the throttle plate itself. Clean the area around the throttle with carb cleaner. I had a BMW that had this problem and it was cured with cleaning the throtte plate area.
