Blower Doesn't Switch Off 200 88

Bit by bit I'm dealing with issues in my wife's recently acquired 240.

One I'd like to deal with this weekend is the blower motor not switching completely off. It does respond to adjustments when increasing or decreasing the speed.

Thoughts on the matter will be appreciated.
