Help, water blowing through AC ducts 200 1988

I have recently been hearing a strange noise in the AC ducts when going around corners. It sounded like rustling leaves so I thought one Saturday I would look under the dash and clean them out. Yesturday I noticed that when I went around a corner and heard the noise that water would spit through the ducts. Then it hit me, the sound was like water dripping or running on a spinning fan. So my question is: How would water get onto the blower fan. I am assuming that it is either condensation or an ac drain problem. I did clean out the ac drain a few months ago for the first time and it was clear. Any ideas? Thanks
