I have a 89 740 wagon and got this book at a auto parts store. Its not bad but I picked up the Haynes one as well. Sometimes one is better than the other. I have found that going to the FAQ area on this site for a repair question is better than the manuals but I like seeing the parts break down so the manuals are good for that. I think the more info you have the better you will understand what it takes to do a repair. Buy them all.
