yellow lenses??? read this.... 200 '88

my headlight lenses have been yellow for some time and i refuse to pay the outragious price of clear ones. saturday, i took ultra fine wet/dry sandpaper, blue magic metal polish and my high-speed buffer to them. after about 30 minutes total, they look practically brand new. sand off the yellow layer until you see white powder, wipe with a cloth, rub the blue magic on heavy and buff it off and then to a high shine. do this as many times as needed for desired look. CAUTION: keep the buffer head at least moist and moving so you don't burn, metl or scortch the lense (if you do, sand it down and start over.) it will amaze you at the results.
