MCC on Bench Again, Need Help 900 1993

Once again, my MCC is on my workbench. No AC again. Same symptoms, intermittant AC, followed by no AC shortly thereafter, just like a year back.

Here's where I am. When I turn the AC on, the relay on the circuit board clicks. Good. Checking for voltage at the AC compressor (green & red wire) reveals no voltage, no suprise. Studying the circuit board with a magnifying glass indicates solid looking solder joints (just like a year back when I went through this exercise). I tried wiggling all joints around the relay and all seem tight. Re-plugging unit into car, after using dielectric grease on all connections, still no voltage at AC compressor (unlike last time!). Wife is getting impatient. Big connector at back of MCC looks good, all spade receptors in proper place. What am I missing here? Planning on looking at circuit board with binocular microscope at work tomorrow (good to 40X!). Any and all help appreciated, as I don't want to blow 400 plus big ones on a new POS MCC. Also, been through the 7/900 FAQ.
