No, but ALL of the ones I have seen did. I put a B30E in my

164 about 15 years ago and it did then. I've seen a number of

D cams and all of them had the eccentric for the mechanical fuel

pump. All the IPD cams do, which I guess means the Isky cams do

too, since my last IPD cam came in an Isky box with Isky paperwork.

It is pretty quick and easy to pop the plate and look in there!

The B30 uses the same pump as the B20 so capacity should not be

a limitation. The one on my 164 sure pumps a LOT of gas with my

lead-foot driving!
