Front wheel bearings 700 1988

Does my 1988 have a hub/bearing assbly or bearings I can actually replace? I cannot tell and Autozone has part numbers for the inner and outer bearings. I am concerned for they never asked for the engine type for that year (4 or 6 cyl) or if it had ABS.

I got the bearings from A-Z and cannot get the dust cap off. If this because there is no servicable bearings?
