Headlights are out. 700 87

Hello there maestros,

I am very familiar with the 240 series headlight system. However my brother

in laws, sisters car is an 87 740T wagon. The headlights don't work on the

beast. I would appreciate some troubleshooting tips. It acts just like

when the headlight switch is bad on a 240. The highbeams come on with the

lever pulled back and you get parking lights but on the headlight position

everything goes out. Do these models use a headlight relay? If so where

is that sucker? Or is this like the 240s with the switches slowly burning

up due to passing all the current. Thank you for all the help.
