car radio installation 700 1988

I need to know if anyone can tell me how to re-install my old car radio. In a futile attempt to update our Volvo, my husband tried to replace the old radio with a new one (which ended up not working because he had busted it), and now he can't get our old one installed right. We've been without a radio for about 2-3 months now and I'm going nuts!

If you can't tell me how to do it, maybe you could direct me to a website that can?
