Need an exhaust... HOLY COW!! 900 93

Thanks fellas for your advice on the exhaust. Phillip (Swedish Engineering) confirms that the Starla parts are okay, but of a lesser gauge material, and he does not reccommend them in the Michigan winter (or for that matter north of the Georgia). The VOLVO OEM kit came to $234 with all the hangers, and only includes the parts rearward of the Catalytic Converter.

The clincher is the HEADER PIPE. It is not likely it can be removed without an impact wrench, and the darn part costs $279. Can you believe it?

QUESTION: Can this part be welded? Perhaps the opening is a crack and it can be welded over. It looks like I am going to need some professional help here. What about used?

Thank you in advance.

Mark
