ECU voltage and ohm readings to trouble shoot ECT & TBS 700 88

as suggested in the FAQs i have measured readings at pin 13-5 for ECT and pin 3-5 (not pin 2 as FAQ says) for TPS

following are my findings: could somebody help me decipher them?

pin #13-5 @ 74 F ECT?

ECU harness CONNECTED ECU DISCONNECTED

key OFF 1.35 K ohms 2.531 K ohms

0 vlts 0 vlt

gas pedal up/down 2ohm diff gas up/down no change

key ON 28.40 K ohms 2.52 K ohms

2.28 vlts o vlts

gas up/down no changes

pin #3-5 TPS? key ON and ECU connected

gas OFF gas ON

0 vlts 5 vlts

34 OHMS 3000 OHMS

1988 765 ti
