Which I take to mean that they don't sell over their Web site. Remember back several years to a discussion on the BB about them -- they claimed that they made tools for Volvo but were contracturally prohibited from selling these tools directly to the public. At the time, the crank tool was mentioned as one item excluded from that agreement. (I don't remember who determined this.)

Why don't email them a question about Volvo tools. I'm sure the postage won't bother you....

They might even answer you...
