I recently had VOLVO pads put on. They are squeaking just like the old VOLVO pads when they were close to wearing out. My mechanic says to break them in for 3000 miles and get back to him. The problem is 3000 miles is a long way for me because I mostly drive in New York City. Why are the new pads doing this and what should I do to get it fixed?
