Turbo upgrade? Lets get ready to... spend money? 700 1985

Going to be tearing the engine out of the ol' 764Ti shortly, to do a complete overhaul. Durring this process, I would like to upgrade the Turbo and exhaust manifold. What I am currently wondering is, what kind of turbo? It looks like the Garrett T3/T4 hybrid is a good choice, as is the Super 60. Also, should I get one fitted to the 7, or can any "generic one" (see http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cgi/ebayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=594267697&r=0&t=0 ) work?

Any recs from any of you out there? Looking to be around 300/350hp when i'm all done with my mods.
