245 overheating..weird solution. 200 1992

My daily driver 245 started overheating a few weeks ago while at speed..so I think...hmm..sounds like radiator..acts like radiator...it's the radiator. new HD radiator arrives w/ a new thermostat that I ordered "just as a preventative"

take everything apart....and the OE thermostat is broken..the tabs holding the springy center part are broken. I guess after 10's of thousands of cycles those things actually can break.
