Intermittent Electrical Short 200 1993

I have been experiencing a problem over the last 1-1/2 that has baffled the best Mechanic, the intermittent Shorting of the Fuel Pump circuit on my 1993 244DL. Because the electric short can occur today, tomorrow, weeks or months from now this problem has been very difficult to trace. To date I have replace the Fuel pump, Tank Pump, Main Relay, Mass Air Flow Meter, Heated Oxygen Sensor, Idle control Valve and the electrical wiring from the Fuel Pump to the Main Relay, this includes the Ground Wiring. I am running out of components(Fuses!!) and Ideas. Any suggestion would be very appreciated.
