Speed Sensor 200 91

How do you get to the speed sensor or RPM sensor mounted on the bell housing at the rear of the engine.

I'm looking for the white or yellow stripe to tell me if it's the old or new part. The number on the wire is 3547847.

How is this sensor mounted, and how do you get to it?

I'm having an intermittent starting/idle problem, and suspect this part is failing.
