Heater controls 200 86

THe recirculating function of my air flow control buttons recently stopped operating. The recirculating as well as a the other two buttons operate OK but when the recirculating button is not depressed(in the fresh air mode)I can hear a vacuun leak under the dash. I have checked all of the vacuum motors and they all are connected and working, but I cannot find the vacuum motor that controls the flap for the recirculating function. When I crimp the hose that is behind the recirculating button, the hissing sound stops. It seems that the hose to this vacuum motor is disconnected or the motor diaphram is broken. Can anyone help me find it?

Thanks!
