knock on throttle tip-in?? 200 1983

My 245 DL will knock once on sudden throttle tip-in, like when taking off from a light. New air filter, fresh oil, new plugs, new rotor and dist. cap, timing set @ 10 deg... Running 87 octane. The weather here is fairly hot and humid, which is why I set the timing back.

Is this normal for a 198k mile motor (does not burn oil), or should I be looking at other causes?
