front end damage 200 87

I'm going to look at a 1987 240 today that supposedly hit a curb with the front end. This was with such force that it blew the two front tires.

Engine and AT are supposed to be good, car has 200k, price is cheap.

What should I look for? How do I visually check what it will take to get this car back on the road?

Thanks in advance for all your help. I guess I've got the "bug", because I bought a 240 in June, and I really don't need another car (right now).

I would do as much of the repairs myself as possible.
