Head of B20 not draining ALL 1965

Hi Guys .. Just crawled out from under the 1.5 million Mile 122 after installing a new camshaft and had a question for you .... has anyone come up with a way of making sure the doggone head drains it's antifreeze so that it doesn't dump about a half liter of fluid into the oil pan when you break the seal at the head gasket ? Yes I had the radiator completely removed before I lifted the head and nothing more would drain out from the lower hose .... I hope not to have to do this job again in the near future ... but I am sure that someone else out there will be having to lift a head in the not too distant future and could also use a solution to this annoyance .....

OK another question that I have asked before and not gotten any answers from the board .... Has anyone installed a Rack and Pinon on a 122 ? If so what Rack did you use and were the results worth it?
