Pete - you're going to get two schools of thought on this one.

First is - hey, while you're in there you might as well change 'em

Second is - hey, if it ain't broke, don't mess with it.

If this were my job to do (and it will be in about 10K more) and the seals and belt are as dry as you say they are, I personally would leave them alone. When they start to go south it's a gradual thing and not a sudden catastrophic oil leak. You know you're going to be back in there again in 50-60K anyway, soooo...... Also, even if you did have a seal blow completely (never seen happen if the flame arrestor is clean) it's not like you have to pull the engine to get at them.

Just my 2 cents worth....
