1-1-1,Check Engine? 200 1991

Just replaced the amm on this beast, cleared up a cold start problem,

reset OBD, 2-3-2 was present, now there is registered the all clear 1-1-1,

but the check engine light remains on, have disconnected battery to clear

ECU several times, check engine light returns, but here is a interesting

observance, it has inevitably come on within the first mile on cold start

and always on a unpaved and somewhat rough road.Any ideas?
