Motor Mounts 200 1988

I just went to change my oil and was not able to get the filter wrench on the oil filter. After getting a flashlight, I found that the motor mount is smashed against the oil filter. I searched the archives and I'm sure there is information there, but was unable to find it. So, is it real difficult to do? Do I need to replace both of them? At least they are not those liquid filled ones like my '89 760 Turbo had. They were expensive.

Thanks for any insight you can provide.
