Fuel Flow Issue 200 1980

I am having a problem with fuel flow. After my engine is warmed up in will stay running for about 10 minutes (more if idleing) and then the fuel flow to the injectors stops. I disconnected by fuel feed after the filter on the firewall and it is still spitting gas. I disassembled my control pressure regulator and the system acted the same. I think I'm having the pressure cut off somewhere between the fuel distributer intake and the out put for the jets. There is only one part I can't seem to isolate from the feed system, A samll round control unit with an in and an out line from the fuel distributer, it has a electrical set of wires and is located on a mount bracket attached to the air intake. The piece is located on this bracket just in front of the rubber feed bubble.

Could this be causing my problem? What does it do? what is it called? Any other ideas on things to try?

-Ash
