Idle/Vacuum Problem was Fixed and Now Is Back AGAIN!!! 200 85

Hello Bricksters,

I cured my cold start problems by replacing the injector seals about a month ago (85 turbo intercooler). Even the acceleration was up a bit. Now the same RPM oscillation is back. Not just at start-up, but while the car is running and warmed-up(external tach reads an oscillating 850-970RPM). Once again, the car accelerates like a dog...feels like an EXTENDED turbo lag.

Yes, I have checked for vacuum leaks. I have sprayed the most flammable substances known to man onto injector seals, air intake piping, and vacuum hoses. No change in RPMs. I even disconnected the hose that connects to the distributor and nothing happened...Normal? Vac hose from throttle body to charcoal cannister looks poor, but nothing changes when I plug it and throttle body.

The frequency valve oscillates along with the engine oscillation. Typical? Have done Bentley diagnostics and it is OK (supposedly)

All I have done since the initial fix is remove/clean intercooler hoses; clean airflow sensor; tighten injector retaining brackets; test 02 sensor.

The THERMAL VAC VALVE is about the only thing I have not tested (since it seems impossible to get to). It know it is used for cold accel. enrichment, but could it be a culprit?

Car still running rich...gonna tweak mixture using Bentley's.

Sorry so long winded. Could really use the help though. Thanks for all the help.
