Temp Comp Board FAQ? 200 1993

Is there a complete web page for all the different things needed to make the temp comp board reliable? I have cleaned the contacts, but now I am suspecting it again. I have seen posted many times tips for soldering and replacing components. Are these in one handy place or am I doomed to ask for a re-run of this info?
