I've heard of some people grinding down the caliper a little where it's in the way of the wheel. You could also try some small spacers, like 5mm, because they should be thin enough that you won't need longer studs, and hopefully the wheel will be out far enough so that it won't hit the caliper. Test the spacing using washers, but don't drive it like that. Due to being hub centric, I think the wheel would move around on the studs and cause major problems including but not limited to damage to the wheel, damage to the studs, bad vibration, uneven tire wear, etc.
