Shudder from the rear during accelration 700 1989

Hello,

Recently I noticed a shudder coming from the rear end of my car during acceleration when I took some friends out for dinner. I had two people in the back seat...combined weight of about 320 lbs. When I dropped them off at home the shudder stopped. No matter how slow/fast I would accelerate the shudder was present as long as they were sitting in the back seat. Once they were out even flooring it from a dead stop wouldn't cause a shudder. Any ideas?
