Re: speedometer 700 86

Thank you, Jim. It looks like I have two problems. One is recent. Reading posts on the 200 forum, I found out one can shear odometer gears if one resets trip odometer with car underway. I did this recently rolling out of the gas station. Now, I know. The other older problem is the speedometer showing up to 40 mph when I rev the engine with AT in Park. I will check for that broken wire. Where in the wiring harness do you think it could be? The car has a new engine wiring harness. This problem has been there with the old and new engine wire harnesses, but it recently got worse after it had been nearly diappeared for a long time. Again, thank you for your help. Best regards.
