Rear suspension raising 140-160 1975

Hello everyone! I know that lowering a Volvo is a popular thing to do, but I can't pull a trailer with a low car. So does anyone know of any way to raise the suspension on a 1975 Volvo 164E? I currently have the stock springs and original shocks (the car has 50,000 miles on it. I inherited it when grandpa passed away). My problem is the rear tailpipe and spare tire well scrape against the ground when I pull into any driveway. If it helps, the rear mudflaps are 1 1/2 inches from the ground. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Raymond
