Recommandations are good I believe but I say what Evan said and what Steve didn't: take off some weight off the suspension and tires. This will prevent flats spots on tires and the suspension to sag from not moving. Be carefull where you put the jack stands, put them as close as possible to where the car sits on the wheel so you dont stress the whole body structure .
