AMM part's number - which one? 900 1991

Hi fellas,

Just out of curiousity, I would like to know which of the two part numbers of AMM below is the correct part for my 1991, Volvo940GLE.

Is it Bosch 0 280 212 016 or Bosch 0 280 212 021?

I checked a site, I think its volvoparts.com and the AMM part number listed there is 016 but the one in my car is 021. I also saw 021 on few other cars of 16 valves in my mechanic's garage. Which one to follow? Any ideas?

I know it ain't broken so why fix it. But a bit of knowledge on the differences between the two would do no harm anyway.

thanks

velan
