Transmission mount 140-160 73

I'm planning on replacing the mount for the four-speed no OD trannie this weekend.

I have the Haynes manual. Any real-world tips?

Also, the current mount is deceased due to some sort of oil leak in that neighborhood. Both the major felt engine seals have been updated with the modern versions in the past couple of years. What are the other likely culprits?
