Teering Wheel Vibration 200 1985

When driving at between 100kmh and 110 kmh (60-65mph) I get a slight vibration through the steering wheel. This just occurs in this speed range it starts at 100kmh and disappears at 110kmh. I have just replaced the front bushings, lower balljoints, discs and pads and tires all round. The front end was alligned.I have swapped the tires front to back and the vibration occurs at exactly the same point(so probably not a balance problem?). The car drives well in all other respects. I am not certain about this but the vibration seems to be less when cornering could - the steering rack be worn in the centre position or possibly the column u-joint. Thanks in advance.
